Cha & Chill Bubble Tea to open at Wapping Wharf

Cha & Chill will open at Wapping Wharf on the 21st May.

A brand new bubble tea joint is coming to Wapping Wharf this month, inspired by its founders childhood in Thailand and passion for Asian flavours.

Cha & Chill is a brand new addition to Wapping Wharf’s thriving community, and is set to become a new favourite destination. After moving to Bristol in 2019, founder Katie noticed that there were limited options when it came to authentic flavours in bubble tea, something that she’s always been passionate about, and she set about creating a more faithful representation of bubble tea that she knows and loves from her childhood in Thailand.  

Cha & Chill will bring premium Asian-inspired bubble tea drinks to Cargo, with a variety of tasty flavours available that will rotate and expand over time. They will be using sustainable ingredients that are locally sourced where possible, and will offer alternative options for vegans to enjoy too.

Wapping Wharf has always celebrated up and coming businesses, and is home to many amazing food outlets and shops that are a staple of the identity of Bristol, and speaking for her plans for the new store, founder Katie says:

“It’s a dream come true to be opening Cha & Chill Café in Wapping Wharf and I cannot wait to share my passion of making tasty bubble tea drinks with you all!”

Cha and Chill will be opening their doors on Tuesday 21st May at Unit 9, Cargo 2, Wapping Wharf, Museum street, Bristol, BS1 6ZA.
