Speaking about the new opening, owner Victoria Adamson said”
“I’ve always loved cooking and sharing good food with people and who doesn’t love baked
potatoes?! Starting from home, I experimented with different recipes for toppings, and it was clear to me that potatoes are incredibly versatile and carry almost any topping and make a meal satisfying and hearty.
Wapping Wharf because it is one of the most exciting and vibrant food destinations in Bristol, bringing together independent business, creative ideas, and a community that really values good food and local talent. I can’t wait to be part of a place where independent traders support each other, and where customers appreciate high-quality, freshly made food.”
